Data Privacy Policy

  1. Introductory part
    • 1.1. This privacy policy was developed and approved by BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC in order to ensure the security and integrity of confidential data received from Buyers of the Hilti Online store, as well as other purposes described in more detail in the Section “Purposes of Processing” below (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy").
    • 1.2. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement. By accepting (accepting an offer) or signing one of such documents, the relevant Buyer expresses his unconditional consent to the processing of all information defined below as Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
  2. Basic concepts
    • 2.1. Automated processing of Confidential Information – processing of confidential information using computer technology.
    • 2.2. Blocking of Confidential Information – temporary cessation of processing of Confidential Information (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify Confidential Information).
    • 2.3. Information system of Confidential Information - a set of data contained in Confidential Information databases, and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
    • 2.4. Information about a legal entity and individual - any information recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media, including, but not limited to, names of legal entities and individuals, contact information (postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers) and other information received by Hilti Online from Buyers.
    • 2.5. Trade secret is information that has commercial value in scientific, technical, technological, industrial, financial, economic and other areas due to its unknownness to third parties.
    • 2.6. Confidential information – information, including personal data, that Hilti Online receives from Buyers during registration and use of the online store.
    • 2.8. Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data to a specific Buyer or other subject of personal data.
    • 2.9. Processing of Confidential Information - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such means with Confidential Information, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of Confidential Information.
    • 2.10. Personal data is any information recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media that relates to a specific individual or makes it possible to identify him.
    • 2.11. Hilti Online User/Buyer – an individual who intends to order or purchase, or who orders, purchases Goods (work, service) from the Seller remotely by placing an order for Goods in the online store and uses the goods (result of work, service) solely for consumption purposes (for personal, family, home and other household (everyday) needs (purposes) not related to commercial activities.
    • 2.12. Providing Confidential Information – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.
    • 2.13. Distribution of Confidential Information - any actions aimed at disclosing Confidential Information to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of Confidential Information) or familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with Confidential Information, including publication of Confidential Information in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks or providing access to Confidential Information in any other way.
    • 2.14. Hilti Online store - computer programs and databases that allow Buyers to place an Order for goods.
    • 2.15. Cross-border transfer of personal data is the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.
    • 2.16. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material media of personal data are destroyed.
  3. Subject of regulation
    • 3.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all Confidential Information that BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC may receive from Buyers in the course of their interaction with the Hilti Online store, as well as during the execution of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC any agreements and contracts concluded with by the Buyer for the purposes and/or as a result of use by the Buyers.
  4. Who processes the data
    • 4.1. Confidential information received by the Company in relation to each Buyer is collected, processed, stored and used by the Company BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC, a legal entity created under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered at the address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Yakkasaray district, st. Bobur, Shokhjakhon MSG, 40E.).
  5. What information is processed by BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC
    • 5.1. The confidential information that BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC processes in relation to Buyers may vary depending on how the Buyer interacts with the Hilti Online store and whether the Buyer uses a personal account to access the Hilti Online store.
    • 5.2. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC collects and processes, where applicable, the following categories of information:
      • Personal Information;
      • Information about legal entities and individuals and their representatives;
      • Trade secret;
      • Technical information;
      • Know-how;
      • Other information not subject to disclosure to third parties.
    • 5.3. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC receives the following data:
      5.3.1. Confidential information received from Buyers:
      5.3.1.1. Data required to register with Hilti Online:
      • FULL NAME
      • Cell phone number;
      • E-mail address;
      5.3.1.2. Data required to use the editing section in Hilti Online:
      • Name;
      • Surname;
      • Delivery address of goods;
      • Cell phone number.
      5.3.1.3. Information that is transmitted automatically when interacting with the Hilti Online app:
      • IP address and cookies;
      • Type of action performed on the site (click, hover, etc.);
      • Date and time the action was performed;
      • Page URL;
      • Number of page visits;
      • Information about moving through the pages of the site;
      • Duration of the user session;
      • Entry points (third-party sites from which the user follows a link to the Site);
      • Exit points (links on the Site through which the user goes to third-party sites);
      • A country;
      • Region;
      • Provider;
      • User's browser;
      • List of supported languages on the device;
      • OS type;
      • Screen options.
      5.3.2. Confidential data received from Buyers:
      5.3.2.1. Information received from Buyers:
      • Name of the legal entity;
      • TIN;
      • OKED;
      • PINFL;
      • Bank details;
      • Legal and postal addresses;
      • Contact details;
      • Full name and contact details of the Sellers’ representative;
      5.3.2.2. Information that is transmitted automatically when interacting with the Hilti Online app:
      • Order statuses;
      • Order list.
      5.3.3. Other information requested by BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC in order to fulfill obligations under the User Agreement and the Agreement with the Buyer.
    • 5.4. The specified provisions of the Policy include cross-border transfer of Confidential Information. Cross-border transfer of Confidential Information is carried out to the territory of foreign states that provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
    • 5.5. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC also carries out anonymized Processing of confidential information.
    • 5.6. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC does not check the provided Confidential Information, except as provided for in the User Agreement, the Agreement with the Buyer, and cannot judge its reliability, as well as whether the Buyer has sufficient legal capacity to provide Confidential Information, whether the appropriate consent to the transfer of personal data. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC assumes that the Buyer provides reliable and sufficient Confidential Information and updates it in a timely manner.
    • 5.7. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC is committed to ensuring the protection of Confidential Information while it is being processed. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC encourages you to visit this website regularly as this Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in applicable laws or changes in our internal processes.
    • 5.8. The security of personal data involves ensuring a protected environment for personal data from unlawful and/or unauthorized access to it, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
    • 5.9. Buyer provides Confidential Information of its own free will. At the same time, failure to provide any Confidential Information or withdrawal of consent to the processing of Confidential Information may result in the inability to use the Hilti Online store.
  6. Purposes of processing
    • 6.1. Processing of Confidential Information is necessary for:
      • fulfillment of the terms of agreements between Buyers and BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC.
      • ensuring the functioning and improvement of the Hilti Online store.
      • exercising the rights and legitimate interests of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC, provided that such processing does not have a significant impact on the rights and legitimate interests of Buyers of the Hilti Online store;
      • compliance with the standards established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    • 6.2. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC processes Confidential Information for the following purposes:
      • providing access to the Hilti Online store;
      • providing access to the Buyer’s personal account;
      • processing and placing orders for the purchase of Products in the Hilti Online store;
      • organizing the acceptance of payments, payment for goods using the Hilti Online store;
      • communicating with Buyers, sending notifications, requests and other information regarding the work of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC;
      • protection of Buyers from fraudulent activities;
      • distributing advertising and information materials and conducting joint marketing campaigns of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC, taking into account the preferences of Buyers;
      • continuous improvement and improvement of the Hilti Online store;
      • research of user behavior of the Hilti Online store;
      • creation of new products, utilities and offers of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC;
      • protection of the Buyer's rights;
      • collection, processing and presentation of statistical data, big data and other research.
    • 6.3. If additional purposes arise or as required by applicable law, BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC may request separate consent to the processing of Confidential Information.
    • 6.4. This Policy applies to Confidential Information received both before and after the entry into force of this Policy.
  7. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of Confidential Information
    • 7.1. The security of Confidential Information processed by BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
    • 7.2. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC ensures the safety of Confidential Information and takes all possible measures to prevent access to Confidential Information by unauthorized persons. Confidential information will be used by BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC employees as necessary for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy.
    • 7.3. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC may also share Confidential Information with its affiliates only for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy.
    • 7.4. The Buyer's confidential information will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation and/or for the purposes of processing Confidential Information in the interests of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC.
    • 7.5. To provide certain services under the User Agreement, Agreement with Buyers, BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC may involve third parties. If such persons require access to Confidential Information, BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC will ensure that such access is limited to the extent necessary to provide the relevant services. In addition, such external service providers must independently comply with all applicable data protection regulations. These categories of recipients include providers of the following types of services: web analytics, data processing, advertising, email campaigns, payment processing, order fulfillment, etc.
    • 7.6. The storage period for Confidential Information of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC is determined by the date of achievement of the purpose for which it was collected and processed or to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    • 7.7. All Confidential Information received from Buyers will be stored on servers in Europe. 7.8. Processing of Confidential Information is carried out both using automated means and without the use of automation tools.
  8. Cross-border transfer of personal data
    • 8.1. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data in accordance with terms of this Policy and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  9. Rights of the owner of Confidential Information
    • 9.1. User Rights:
      • independently make changes and additions to information about yourself in the Personal Account of the Hilti Online store;
      • delete Confidential information about yourself provided in the Personal Account of the Hilti Online store. Deleting your Personal Account and/or Confidential Information may result in the inability to use the Hilti Online store;
      • upon request, receive from BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC information regarding the processing of your personal data;
      • know whether BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC has its Confidential Information and its volume;
      • receive information about the conditions for providing access to your Confidential Information from BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC;
      • withdraw consent to the processing of your Confidential Information, except as required by applicable law;
      • demand from BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC a temporary suspension of the processing of your personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the purposes of processing;
      • contact an authorized government agency or court regarding the protection of rights and legitimate interests in relation to your personal data.
  10. Final provisions
    • 10.1. This Policy, the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller arising in connection with the application of this Policy, as well as issues not regulated by this Policy, are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    • 10.2. The User can receive any clarification on issues of interest regarding the processing of his Confidential Information by contacting the call center of BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC.
    • 10.3. If a fact of illegal use of Confidential Information is detected, the subject of Confidential Data whose data is illegally used sends a written application to BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC to delete such Confidential Information. The application must indicate the details of the identity document of the subject of the Confidential Information, the composition of the illegally used Confidential Information, a description of where and under what circumstances the Confidential Information is illegally used.
    • 10.4. Each user/seller/buyer upon registration agrees to the user content policy when using the Hilti Online service, website www.hilti.com.uz.
    • 10.5. BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC has the right to make changes to this Policy without the consent of Buyers.
    • 10.6. This document will reflect any changes made by BNZ INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT LLC to the Policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
    • 10.7. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://hilti.com.uz.
